The fifth and sixth columns indicate the logarithm fold change and the P-value of each gene found by using σwtrep as the summary statistic. The cutoff criteria p ≤ 0.01 and |FC| ≥ 2 were applied. The first 8 genes are found to be statistically significant by σwtrep only, the rest was found with both statistics.
